Roger Ebert said this was “very nearly a perfect movie for children” but it’s just as perfect for adults too. Shot on location in some of Tehran’s poorest areas and nominated for an Academy Award in 1998, Children of Heaven follows two inventive siblings as they go on a Bicycle Thieves style traipse around the city after losing a pair of shoes. All ages welcome.
Film only: $12 (adults/kids)
